Prohibit animal waste, some hunting contests
Summary:
Prohibits "wanton animal waste," the act of intentionally leaving a wounded or killed animal without making a reasonable effort to retrieve it. Wanton animal waste would be a violation, similar to a speeding ticket. This bill also prohibits some wildlife killing contests.
