Allow local rooms fee
Summary:
Allows cities and towns to collect an occupancy fee for room rentals, up to $2 per day for rentals over $40/night and up to 30 consecutive days. These fees could go towards a capital reserve fund, tourism support fund, revolving fund, or other special revenue fund.
