Remove seeds from medical marijuana regulations, allow purchase of CBD by medical marijuana centers
Summary:
Eliminates seeds from the definition of cannabis in New Hampshire's medical marijuana laws. This bill also permits medical marijuana alternative treatment centers to purchase non-intoxicating hemp cannabinoids (such as CBD) for use in products.
