Rewrite state energy strategy, add process to fight some energy regulations
Summary:
Rewrites the New Hampshire Energy Policy in state law. In general, this bill adds much more detail, with an emphasis on "market forces" over subsidies or other government action. The bill also adds a process to fight regulatory action that it is likely to shut down an in-state electricity generator.
