Rewrite state energy strategy
Summary:
Rewrites the New Hampshire Energy Policy in state law. In general, this bill adds much more detail, with an emphasis on "market forces" over subsidies or other government action.
As introduced, this bill also added a process to fight regulatory action that it is likely to shut down an in-state electricity generator. The House removed this part of the bill.
