Summary:
Allows the winner of the state lottery to remain anonymous if they are a victim of domestic violence or have an active restraining order against another person.
A conference committee of representatives and senators agreed on a final version of the bill that also allows a court to grant a lottery winner anonymity "for good cause shown" in court.
