Make it a felony to expose a child to any illegal drug, not just methamphetamine
Summary:
Makes it a felony to expose a child to illegal drugs. This bill revises an existing law against exposing children to methamphetamine. A law enforcement officer could take a child into protective custody to screen or test for criminal exposure to controlled substances.
