Allow restrictions on seasonal docks to protect endangered species
Summary:
Prohibits a wetlands permitting exception for temporary seasonal docks which impact any wildlife species, threatened species, or endangered species in accordance with the Endangered Species Conservation Act.
The House rewrote the bill to allow Fish and Game to temporarily restrict seasonal docks and platforms to protect endangered species.
