Summary:
Requires a member of the Municipal Managers Association of New Hampshire to sit on the public deposit investment pool advisory committee. The bill also reduces representation of the New Hampshire Bankers Association by one.
The Senate amended the bill to restore the representative of the New Hampshire Bankers Association. The Senate amendment also adds a requirement that the contract to manage the pool be submitted to the Governor and Executive Council for approval.
