Prohibit zoning laws that limit two occupants per bedroom or limit non-family members in a residence
Summary:
Prohibits local zoning laws that restrict the number of occupants of a dwelling unit to fewer than 2 occupants per bedroom. This bill also prohibits zoning laws that restrict occupants based on familial status (e.g. only so many unrelated people living in the same house).
