Expand dual and concurrent enrollment program for high schoolers and community colleges
Summary:
Expands the dual and concurrent enrollment program in the community college system, which allows high schoolers to take courses at community college. This bill removes references to STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) courses in particular. This bill also increases the number of courses a high schooler can enroll in at a time, from 2 to 5. The bill then sends $6.5 million to the program.
