Create option for teenagers to test out of high school
Summary:
Requires the Department of Education to design a test to evaluate a New Hampshire high school graduate skill attainment. Any child aged 13 or older who passes the test would be exempt from mandatory high school attendance and would receive a high school diploma equivalency certificate.
