Prohibit the use of spuds, lifts, and similar devices to get around mooring permits
Summary:
Expands the definition of "mooring" to include spuds, lifts, and similar devices used to secure boats to the bottom of a water body. This bill then prohibits the use of spuds, lifts, or similar devices instead of a permitted mooring where a permit is required.
