Provide attorney for low income evictions
Summary:
Requires the courts to appoint an attorney for a tenant who cannot afford one for an eviction proceeding. The House amended the bill to instead require that tenants are informed that they may be eligible for legal assistance from New Hampshire Legal Assistance during an eviction proceeding.
