Allow carrying a pistol on OHRVs and snowmobiles
Summary:
Allows anyone who is not prohibited from possessing a firearm to carry a pistol or revolver on an OHRV or snowmobile.
The Senate amended the bill to also abolish the state "gun line" for background checks, giving that authority to the FBI. This is similar to SB 141.
