Prohibit state employees from knowingly providing false information to legislative committees
Summary:
Prohibits state employees from intentionally providing legislative committees with false information. State employees who do so are prohibited from testifying in front of the committee and may be charged with perjury, false swearing, and tampering with witnesses and informants.
