Criminalize unsolicited explicit images
Summary:
Makes it a violation to send an unsolicited intimate image with explicit sexual content to another person with the intent to harass, annoy, or alarm the person. The second offense would be a misdemeanor.
A conference committee of representatives and senators failed to agree on a final version of this bill.
