Reduce property tax with excess charitable gaming revenue

Summary:

Annually reduces the state education property tax by the amount of revenue paid to the state through games of chance in excess of $6.6 million (the estimated amount paid in the 2023 fiscal year).

The sponsor of this bill withdrew it, and the bill will not continue through the legislative process.
