Create online repository for local records
Summary:
Allows a public body or agency to accept requests and provide records electronically, without requiring the physical appearance of the citizen making the request.
The House rewrote the bill. The new bill creates an online state repository for municipal records, for the purpose of Right-to-Know requests, and funds a local government records manager in the NH Division of Archives and Records Management.
