Summary:
Regulates the use of AI by state agencies. For example, this bill prohibits the use of AI for real-time biometric identification. This bill also requires human review if AI is used to make impactful decisions and decisions cannot be revised, such as when operating critical infrastructure. The state must also inform the public when they are interacting with AI.
