Establish sunset commission on OPLC, repeal various licensing boards
Summary:
Establishes a sunset commission to evaluate the need for or any improvements to various occupational boards and commissions within the Office of Professional Licensure and Certification (OPLC), as well as the least restrictive regulation they can adopt. The bill further repeals various occupational boards and commissions each year through 2031.
