Require data on vaccination with death, require related reports and study
Summary:
Require death records to include information related to the person's immunization records. This bill then requires the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) to report aggregate data on deaths, including vaccinations among the deceased. Lastly, this bill requires DHHS to conduct a biennial cause of death and injury study.
