Require record sharing with both parents, allow court to fine parents for not following parenting schedule
Summary:
Unless the parenting plan specifically provides otherwise, this bill states that both parents shall have access to all records and information pertaining to their child. This bill also requires the court to award a parent additional parenting time if the other parent does not follow the parenting schedule. This bill also allows the court to fine a parent for refusing to follow the parenting schedule.
