HB 1615 (2024)

Repeal autism registry

Summary:

Revises the law governing data collected in the autism registry. For example, this bill requires the Department of Health and Human Services to remove a child's entry when the child reaches age eighteen.

The House rewrote the bill to instead repeal the autism registry and destroy individual records contained in the registry.
