Prohibit state purchase of EVs without proof of no forced labor
Summary:
Prohibits state or local governments from purchasing or leasing electric vehicles, or their components, unless the government can certify that no forced labor or "oppressive child labor" was used for any part of the vehicle (including mining of source materials).
