Require clerks make absentee voter lists available for public inspection, additional reporting from Secretary of State
Summary:
Requires that town and city clerks make absentee ballot voter lists available for public inspection, and requires the Secretary of State to report on absentee ballots information. For example, this bill requires the Secretary of State to report the number of absentee ballot requests received by mail where more than 3 ballots were sent to a common address.
