HB 1502 (2024)
Authorize horizontal gaze nystagmus test for DUIs, allow open container in passenger area of a vehicle
Summary:
Authorizes law enforcement officers to conduct horizontal gaze nystagmus tests on individuals for whom they have reasonable suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
