Summary:
Establishes the crimes of unlawful distribution of misleading synthetic media (such as AI-generated video) and unlawful distribution of election-related misleading synthetic media. In general, this bill prohibits distributing a "deepfake" image of an identifiable person without their consent, without a clear label, and with the intent to mislead.
