Makes various changes to the laws and funds related to OHRVs. For example, this bill states the grant-in-aid funds for snowmobile trails shall include but be limited to 50% of engineering costs.

The House rewrote the bill. According the House Resources, Recreation and Development Committee, the new bill "closes the door where a person can register their OHRV for utility use, as the registration costs less, when in fact they are using the vehicle for recreational purposes." The amended bill also requires the Fish and Game Department to post a calendar of permitted OHRV events.
