Let planning boards regulate water supply in subdivisions, charge fees
Summary:
Allows planning boards to adopt subdivision regulations related to the water supply, such as minimum on-lot private well testing requirements. This bill also allows the planning board to require an applicant to pay the costs for notifying abutters and other "reasonable fees."
