Increase Gunstock funds for Belknap county, require meeting recordings and audits
Summary:
Increase funds the Gunstock Area Commission county convention may transfer to Belknap county, from 1.75% of operating income to 3% of revenue, excluding donations and grants. This bill also requires that public meetings of the commission be recorded and establishes a schedule for forensic audits of the commission.
