Revise law on supervision agreements for mental health license applicants

Summary:

Repeals law regulating supervision of candidates for mental health licensure. The House amended the bill to instead clarify that a supervisor’s liability is limited to the mental health services provided by the candidate they oversee.

The Senate amended the bill to also establish a legislative committee to study increasing access to and accountability for mental health services.
