Allow brewpub to hold additional on-premise or off-premise license
Summary:
Allows a licensed brewpub to hold an additional on-premise or off-premise license as long as the licensee does not hold any other type of manufacturing license.
The Senate amended the bill to add the text of SB 354 and SB 555. SB 354 revises cost-sharing requirements under health insurance. SB 555 revises various laws related to pharmacy benefit managers. However, a conference committee of representatives and senators rejected both of these additions.
