Reduce sales requirements for food for on-premises beverage and liquor licenses
Summary:
Changes the sales requirements for food for on-premises beverage and liquor licenses. In particular, this bill requires that only 15% rather than 50% of gross sales be in food sales; restaurants with annual food sales of at least $75,000 would be exempt from the 15% requirement.
