Summary:
Expands the notification and testing process an applicant for a new large groundwater withdrawal permit. For example, this bill adds a requirement to notify all owners of private properties located within a 10,500 foot radius (approximately 12.5 square miles) and include an offer to test each private well on the notified properties.
