Revise end of child support based on age, high school graduation
Summary:
Alters when child support ends. At the time of this bill's introduction, child support continues until the child reaches the age of 18 or completes high school, whichever is later. This bill would end child support when the child graduates, or until 2 months after the child reaches age 19, whichever is first.
