Let some law enforcement licensed as an attorney to appear in court as attorney
Summary:
Allows a sheriff, deputy sheriff, police officer, constable, or city marshal who is a member of the New Hampshire bar to appear in court as an attorney, so long as they appear outside the county where they have jurisdiction and there is no other conflict of interest.
