Remove race and ancestry from marriage license application; revise privacy law

Summary:

Abolishes the collection of racial and ancestral data for use in a marital application worksheet. The House amended the bill to also end collection of education data on the worksheet.

The Senate amended the bill to add some clarifying language the the new Expectation of Privacy law (SB 255).
