Allow county governments to establish revolving funds for public safety services
Summary:
Authorizes county governments to establish revolving funds for public safety services provided by county employees or volunteers outside of their ordinary assignments. These revolving fund accounts can also be used for any other public safety purpose deemed appropriate by the county.
